About Us

Chairman

Paul Middleton has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors since 1993. He has been politically active for many years, serving on both state and national convention rules committees for the Republican Party. Paul is retired from the Department of Licensing and attends Sunbreak Baptist Church in Lacey. Paul and his wife, Judy, have been married 42 years, have two children and three grandchildren. Judy is Nurse Manager at Olympia's CareNet.

Executive Director

Rick Forcier assumed his current duties with the Christian Coalition in 1998. He also chairs the Thurston County Jail Ministry Advisory Board, is past Chairman of the Rainier Education Foundation, and served three terms as Chairman of the Thurston County Republican Party. Rick and his wife Jill have been married 39 years, have three children, three grandchildren and are members of Faith Assembly of Lacey. Bio available on request.


Administrative Assistant

Kathryn De Fries provides research, correspondence, database services, and web site maintenance. In addition to her duties at the Christian Coalition, she also serves as a strategist and prayer leader with experience in events coordination, for the Capital Region Ministers Network and Christian Life Church in Lacey. She attended Portland Bible College and is a graduate of the Wagner Leadership Institute.

Accounting

Beth Davis has provided accounting and bookkeeping services as a volunteer for the Christian Coalition since 1999. Beth is also actively involved in the pro-life movement with Human Life of Thurston County. She leads Sunday worship and her husband, Tom, coordinates a Jail Ministry outreach at North Thurston Life Center in Olympia. Tom and Beth have been married 35 years and have four children and 10 grandchildren.
